We are looking for an energetic Business Associate to help drive our sales and grow the business and Awareness. In this position, you will be working as an associate doing sales & awareness in your region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the company in your Territory.

Responsibilities:

1. Familiarise yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives

2. Conduct market research and identify potential clients

3. Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

4. Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans

5. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required

6. Follow up with various government & private departments

7. Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory

8. Plan and coordinate for different online & offline webinars & events

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in marketing

2. 2 – 3 years relevant work experience

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, English & Regional Language

4. Strong organization and project management & presentation skills
