Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager at InsuranceDekho, located in West Bengal, India. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance with insurance queries, managing client portfolios, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
