• perform initial evaluation of the candidates
• Sourcing potential candidates from different job portals available.
• Take the first round of interview
• scheduling interview with the management team
• Follow up with the candidates regularly
• Understanding candidates needs and work accordingly

Desired Candidate profile

• Any Graduate/ MBA with a min 6 months of experience into Recruitment, telecalling or Academic Counseling
• Excellent Command over English Language both verbal and written
• Self Motivated and Highly professional
• Can work under pressure
• Has ability of problem solving
• Sound Judgement
• Experience in sourcing candidates
