Urgent Opening for IT hardware & Networking -Dialer Technician

Shift :– Rotational Shift (Day/ Night/Morning)

Responsibilities

Need to look after Dialer- Vici Dialer

Look after the LAN/WAN and network connections

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients

Handling Skype and outlook configuration

Qualifications

Experience in Soft phone Dialer- VICI DIALER

Experienced in IT/Computer hardware problem solving

Sound Knowledge in LAN/ WAN Configuration

Switches and Firewall and Skype Set up Experience
