Job Description

Profile: E- Mail Marketing Executive

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for building both automated and manual email campaigns by utilizing multiple tools.

Responsibilities:–

Design, proof, and implement email content for individual and mass communications

Plan, implement and launch campaigns to support lead generation initiatives

Build and execute lead nurture campaigns and email automation workflows to drive performance metrics through the funnel

Utilize dynamic content/personalization to drive email campaign performance

Accurate deployment and delivery optimization of worldwide consumer promotional email campaigns

Optimize audience segmentation of consumer install base

Work with database administrator to ensure accurate data management and list hygiene

Optimize, test & execute segment-specific email marketing campaigns to ensure a high rate of deliverability

Monitor campaign performance and analyze campaign results

Develop timely and recurring reports regarding email campaigns by working with internal stakeholders to determine key metrics and delivery

Qualifications

Skills :–

2+ years of demand generation

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or related subject required

Lead Squared CRM experience preferable

Highly computer literate and proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Experience developing, designing, and launching email campaigns

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL

Strong understanding of reporting metrics as they apply to email

Knowledge of email best practices

Exceptional communication and project management abilities, to manage complex and competing priorities

Ability to adhere to compliance procedures for review and approval

Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation skills, demeanor and ability to interact with all organizational levels

Ability to clearly articulate and express ideas; must possess strong corporate writing capabilities

Ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of the immediate team to achieve desired business results
