Job Responsibilities:
Familiar with factory audit process and ISO 9000/SA 8000/SEDEX/ISO 45001/EHS…standard. If more with ISO 13485 and ISO 22000 will be preferred.

Contact suppliers to schedule factory audit including physical audit and on-line video audit independently

Conduct factory audit and finish the audit report & RECAP independently and timely

Follow up suppliers regarding to CAPA after auditing

Work closely with coordinator regarding to audit schedule when schedule needs to be changed

Collect and update the related management systems, regulations & laws timely

Handle customers’ and suppliers’ emails regarding to audit independently

Assist to double renew audit regulation when necessary

Collaborate audit team members to get the works done well

Finish other works assigned by quality manager/supervisor

Requirement:
At least 3 years audit experience or Min. 100 audits experience not limited to social compliance audit but quality system audit or EHS related

High efficiency to finish the tasks in time

Speak English smoothly

Reliable and team spirit

Willing to travel frequently

Willing to travel locally and abroad like VN, Sri Lanka, Thailand, etc.

Good time management

Could work under pressure
