Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager at Jewelbox. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the online sales channels, and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s ecommerce strategy. They will be responsible for managing the company’s ecommerce website and online marketplace. The role will involve being in touch with external platform representatives as well as internal teams for execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing business in online marketplaces
• Analytical and communication skills
• Experience in marketing and sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field
