Jio Platforms is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Support Officer to work remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions about our products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Providing feedback to the development team to improve the user experience
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for persuasion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
