Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations-
• Manage front-office tasks: customer service, billing, and staff coordination
• Oversee stock management, quality control, and logistics
• Handle online orders, promotions, and social media marketing
• Prepare labor summaries, payments, and track expenses
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, online billing, and GST compliance
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ store management experience
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
