Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations-
- Manage front-office tasks: customer service, billing, and staff coordination
- Oversee stock management, quality control, and logistics
- Handle online orders, promotions, and social media marketing
- Prepare labor summaries, payments, and track expenses
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, online billing, and GST compliance
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ store management experience
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
