Designation – HR Recruiter
Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Screening and shortlisting applicants.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Source potential candidates on various level

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Tele-calling/Tele-sales
  • Should have target chasing attitude
  • ​Should be comfortable in making outbound calls.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
