JobsPlan Dot Com is looking for an organized, independent, goal-oriented, innovative candidate to perform the role of
Human Resource (HR): Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Team Leader

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for all the levels – Junior, Mid and senior level requirements.
Responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, short listing the resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries & joining formalities.
Generating a database of candidates through various sources such as Jobsites, Employee referrals, Networking websites (Professional & Social) etc.
Design and update job descriptions.
Handling first round of HR Interview to judge the candidate’s suitability befitting the Job Role.
Negotiating and releasing offers for selected candidates.
Handholding offered candidates till joining.
Follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge and existing contacts
Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
Build and maintain good relationship with existing/new clients to facilitate repeat business.
Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis.
Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role.

Freshers can apply for Trainee role
Have 1-15 years of experience as a Recruiter/TL /BD
Independent and self-driven
Excellent Communication Skills / Proactive
Possess the ability to be extremely creative and innovative, maximizing the use of available resources.
Have the ability to source through various platforms depending on the kind of candidate being sought.
Both in-house or agency experience is acceptable.
