Job Description:

This position is responsible for:

 Managing the Group travel Desk in terms of Bookings to Hotel , Car vendors and Ticketing .

 Supporting employees in a trouble free travel across through cost effectives modes..

Travel Desk –

 Ensures adherence to the process laid down by the organizational policies in term of Local, Domestic and international travel.
 Interfaces with Various travel partners in terms of Air ticketing , rail bookings , hotel Stays and Cab Arrangements
 Processes travel bills and hotel Bills for reimbursement from the Accounts Department post verification and authorization by the Department/Reporting Head and follows-up for payment on time to clear off dues.
 Maintains a proper MIS of all the expenditure done by Organization on travel and presents to Head Admin on periodic basis in terms of various cost parameters

Register Maintenance –

 Maintains an effective filing and archiving system for paper documents and files in accordance with Company and archiving procedures.
 Documents and updates travel information in Travel Register.
 Ensures any deviation to the policy is duly approved by Head Admin and Head HR.
