KMBD Architects and Engineers Consortium (P) Ltd, a leading design and consultancy studio, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to join our team in Siliguri, West Bengal. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and supervising the construction of buildings and other structures, as well as managing the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and design functional, aesthetic, and sustainable buildings and structures that meet their requirements.
• Develop architectural plans and drawings that conform to building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments to the plans as necessary to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and support to junior architects and other team members involved in the project.
• Manage and maintain project records, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in CAD and other relevant softwares.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Located in/Willingness to locate to Siliguri, West Bengal.
