• Ownership of the Investments target of the Region / Area that they are mapped to.
• Increase of Mutual Fund AUM for the mapped Region / Area.
• Penetration of client base for creating new investors in MF / investments from existing client base
• Increase in (investments products) productivity of RMs
• Acquisitions (NTB) attributed to presence of IC i.e NTB opened by RMs on the back of investments due to the presence of the IC
• Qualitative
  • Client meetings / coverage / joint calls
  • Portfolio construction and reviews
  • Training & Development.

Job Requirements

• In depth domain knowledge of
  • Mutual Fund investments in detail, PMS
  • Equity Market. Current Economy.
  • Distribution / Channel management.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with other people well

Willing to travel

Educational Qualifications

• Post graduate, preferably MBA
• CFP will be preferred

Experience Profile 7-8 years’ work experience in NBFC, Banks, Mutual Fund industry

Personality Traits

• VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Able to drive people
• Good interpersonal skills
