Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management software deliveries and team management Bachelor s Post Graduate degree in Information Technology Software Engineering Computer Science or related field Diploma certification in relevant technologies Should understand various implementation methodologies specifically Agile SCRUM Atleast 4 years of experience in building and leading strong engineering team and application project implementations Understanding of coding languages various OLTP OLAP and NO-SQL databases Efficient communication skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Strong project management experience with PM certificate PMP Prince2 is preferred Experience in leading the atleast 2 technology implementation development projects Experience in implementation of atleast 1 technology implementation project with state centre government
