Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Marketing skills
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and managing the sales pipeline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• An analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
