Job Description
- Application availability and maintenance, Handling vulnerabilities at application level.
- Investigate and resolve identified issues with Informatica PIM, Integrated PIM Data Quality, Media Manager, and processing (Must to have).
- Experience in Informatica Power Center, IDQ.
- Determine root cause, advise on fix/resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and Test.
- Resolution of import and export job failures, Investigate and resolve integration issues in the imports, exports and internal PIM processing for data feeds.
- Code deployments.
- Handle any platform issues.
- Monitoring health of PIM application and database servers.
- Coordination with Informatica Global Customer Support.
- Test and deploy Informatica PIM patches across environments.
- Application upgrades / patches / EBFs / Service packs.
- Assist in the triage, estimation, and resolution of reported bug/defects within the Informatica PIM production configuration.
- Investigation and resolution of configuration impacting the design and documented behaviour.
- Determine the root cause, advise on fix/resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and unit test in DEV, and ensure successful testing of changes in QA environments.
- Execute deployments into all environments.
