Job Description
Key Role & Responsibility : Operational : – Defines and leads cross-functional implementation projects for digital initiatives on a global basis. – Collaborates closely with group digitalization as well as internal and external partners. – Contributes to the development of a digital vision and direction – Works collaboratively with business leaders to develop go-to-market strategies – Prepares project execution strategies, – Prepares project execution organogram / man-power requirement & planning – Drives and monitors digitalization improvement initiatives and coaching for successful execution – Understanding of Linde tools and software being used within functional departments Interfacing & Alignment : – Internal and external co-ordination with other EN disciplines, IT, clients / PMC, other entity – Representation of the interest of the department to internal stake holders – Being self-starter with minimal supervision, independent, confident and presentable Leading capability : – Maintains a co-operative, motivated and successful team; – Ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge – Managing small size multiple projects and min. 2 -3 mid size projects, – Providing Transformation / Change Management training – Leading the tasks assigned, guiding the team.
