Responsible for handling IT & Non-IT requirements from Domestic clients.

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing, Interview schedule, Offer Negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Experience in hiring using social media, and networking is highly preferred.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Shine), Making job postings on the Job Portal or LinkedIn.
• Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per clients’ requirements.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• If experienced, must have strong technical knowledge of present-day IT technologies and must be able to illustrate when required.
• Must be a Strong team player with a positive mindset.
• Should be good at maintaining daily MIS.
