About Company: – Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling wires and cables and fast moving electrical goods ‘FMEG’ and a Known Brand. Apart from wires and cables, Client is in to manufacturing and sales FMEG products such as electric fans, LED lighting and luminaires, switches and switchgear, solar products and accessories.
Education: Any Graduate
Experience:– 0-3 yrs
Age: – Should not be more that 25Yrs.
Job Role:–
Responsible for sales target delivery in his/her area. This includes driving market coverage, outlet productivity, secondary sales target achievement, range selling, onboarding new outlets as per plan with regular touchpoints with distributors / retailers and providing timely market feedback to TSI
Drive distribution width and depth within designated area
Deliver secondary sales target of retail outlets within designated area
Outlet management
Increase retailer awareness in their designated area and onboard new outlets
Drive range selling across outlets
Ensure availability of stocks across outlets within designated area
Focus on activating new channel when directed
Help TSI to manage relationship with distributor
Be aware of all competitive activities within the designated area
Dissemination of trade schemes and other benefits to retailers and dealers
Performing outlet census as per plan for towns in scope of distribution addition
Driving adoption of Bizom/ SFA
New outlet opening and business build
Competitor benchmarking of schemes, new product launches and actions in market
