Our parent company HCD Chauffeur Driver looking for someone reliable and friendly full-time employee in the Kolkata branch.
As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for handling all customer bookings, such as Telephone enquiries, Email bookings and liaising with drivers as and when necessary to provide support. You will also need to be able to show us your excellent customer service skills and a positive and professional attitude.
Flexible attitude to hours. Varied shifts expected included days, nights and weekends. Willingness to go the extra mile. Initiative to work on your own. Positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with London and U.S based customers.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.

- You must have a good setup at home (Good internet connection, Desktop/laptop and a smartphone) to work remotely.
- MUST be a minimum of 3 years of experience in operation.

Duties
- Taking bookings over the telephone and by Email.
- Ensuring correct details are put into the system to enable the timely dispatch of vehicles.
- Maintain good Customer Service levels promoting a continuous improvement approach to both reduce customer complaint levels and also enhance consumer satisfaction.
- Contribute to ensuring that vehicles/bookings are running on time and highlight any significant issues to the Management Team.
- Deal with enquiries from drivers and highlight significant issues to the Management Team.
- All other reasonable requests by management to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Knowledge in finance.
- Expert in Technology to adopt any kind of CRM, good knowledge in Email handling, an expert in excel and Ms Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
