Key Responsibilities :

  • The Candidate is responsible for growing the Sales of the company product portfolio in an assigned territorywith his team
  • Key Customer Profile Builders, Architects, Contractors
  • Key Product Portfolio that needs to be sold Gypsum Plaster, Readymix Plaster, Bonding agents etc.
  • Candidate needs to survey & develop a database of all active construction sites in an assigned territory
  • Candidate has to target each of these sites & position Buildon product portfolio with the respective customersand generate business.
  • Retain existing customers & generate repeat business or cross sell our product portfolio.
  • Develop & build new customers on an ongoing basis.
Key Requirements

  • Candidate must have minimum 3+ years project sales experience in construction / building materialsindustry
  • Ability to reach out to customers & sell the Buildon Value proposition.
  • A Go-Getter with an ability to work independently & resolve problems.
  • Strong personality and good communication skills would be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in Selling a similar product will be an added advantage.
