Job Description
- Key Skills : Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Oracle Recruiting CloudOther skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications, BIP Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI,Fellfields, Configurations, Fast Formulas.Skill Required
- Experience on end-to-end Oracle recruiting cloud implementation
- Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates & OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.
- Knowledge on HCM extracts, Fusion Flexfields customization.
- Solid expertise in SQL specially on Reports.
- Hands-on experience in personalization & customizations in a Sandbox environment.
- Experience on integration of Recruitment module with external sourcing sites
- Analyze requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.
- Effective communication and drive the project deliverables for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.
