Required Skills/Experience
• Overall experience of 8 to 12 years implementing Oracle Transport Management (OTM)
• Must have executed at least 4 end to end implementations in Oracle OTM Cloud
• Must have good Domain/Industry knowledge and exposure to processes/practices followed across Logistics, Transportation and Shipping industry
• Good understanding of the OTM architectureand core OTM functionalities
• OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM/GTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings and Data structures
• Must have excellent knowledge of automation agents, saved queries, workflows, and user configurations
• Should be able to conduct Discovery Workshops, CRP sessions with Customersand Independently drive Solution Design discussion with Customers Technical and Business Teams.
• Experience documenting detailed requirements, solution design, application configurations and SOPs
• Should assist in scenario definition, proof-of-concept configurations, and testing tasks
• Good knowledge of Waterfall/Agile/Devops methodologies
• Should be able to Mentor and Leada team of Technical/Functional members.
• Knowledge transition to client resources on OTMfeatures and functionalities
• Strong customer orientation with good written and verbal communication
