Skill : Workday Integration Consultant
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Kolkata
Years of Experience: 4+ Years

Detailed JD :-
- Must have hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation and Talent Management modules.
- Assist with maintenance and configuration of existing Workday Core HCM application.
- Assist with updating system configuration (to include business processes updates, eligibility rules, validation rules, BP security, notifications)
- Work on application requirements, gathering and design including process and gap analysis.
- Test and deploy business process solutions.
- Provide best practice and solutions for Core HCM functional Area and other technical requirements.
- Create Workday reports (create dashboards) including Advanced reports.
- Must have good experience working on various integration tools & methodologies EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF and PECI
- Must have Workday Release management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and working with business.
- Active in Workday Community (connected and up to date on Workday Core HCM technology)
- Perform POCs and offer recommendations to improve our Workday Solutions and our implementation methodology.
- BIRT Report knowledge will be an added advantage.
