About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the manufacturing sector, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates in various roles within the industry. You will collaborate with clients to help them find the best “fitment” professionals within shortest possible TAT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels, including job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure a seamless client experience till the joining of the candidate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized College/University
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with manufacturing industry clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
