Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Kolkata. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing plans and strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with the marketing and sales teams. The successful candidate should have a strong track record of driving sales growth in a similar industry.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans
• Experience in property management, facility management, or project management is preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth
• Experience working collaboratively with other departments, including marketing and sales teams
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
• Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing

Salary

CTC will be between 3 lacs and 3.60 lacs
