Designation: Purchase Manager

Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in the purchasing department in the Pharmaceutical industry

Age – Max 45 yrs

Location – Kolkata

Working Days – 6 days in a week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Education: G: B.Sc. in Any Specialization, B. Pharma in Any Specialization
PG: MS/M.Sc. (Science) in Any Specialization, M. Pharma in Any Specialization

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Research & Develop product portfolio.
2. Research potential vendors for various product range.
3. Responsible for vendor development & management. Obtain all relevant information
from vendors for system registration, qualification documents and vendor audit as
required by QA in addition to documentary support for the RA team. Collect/provide
data on vendor performance and share inputs with the management.
4. Collect and collate data on the material shortfall, spending, outstanding payments,
open requisitions/orders etc. Share collated & MIS with management.
5. Expedite end-to-end activities for renewal of ARC / AMC / new rate contracts.
6. Assist stakeholders with services post material delivery at location w.r.t. installation /
usage / rejection / replacement.
7. Compile information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices
regularly to take timely actions in the interest of the company.
8. Provide inputs based on issues faced in day-to-day operations. Execute approved
initiatives under the guidance of a supervisor

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability
2. Knowledge of Pharma products, negotiating skills
3. Must be able to keep calm and make quick, clear decisions while coping with pressure.
4. An organized professional with the ability to manage time and people to deliver expected
results.
5. The candidate must have a systematic approach to solving problems.
6. Must be fluent in English and familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CorelDraw and
the Internet.

Requirement:
 Be willing for an immediate appointment, if selected.
 With experience in Production Planning Inventory and Control (PPIC)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
