Job Overview
We are looking for young enthusiastic candidates who have all-around knowledge of Business Development, Client Acquisitions, Digital Marketing, Competitor Analysis, and overall improvement. Candidates have to do the following :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B/B2C channel by promoting a Nice product Range to new and existing clients.
- Approach new businesses with proposals.
- Manage and maintain sales/clients database.
- Establish & maintain an efficient relationship with new and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory/channel.
- Excellent Negotiation and Selling Skills.
- To establish/build an efficient long-term relationship with clients in the targeted channel/market.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify Target Audience for online and offline marketing.
- Create a sales funnel.
- Communicate with clients directly before sales.
- Visit the client in person, if required.
- Manage Digital Marketing.
- Make & Give Power Point Presentations.
- Any other duties for Business Development Purpose not listed above.
Required Skills
- Good Control over Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi.
- Good Knowledge about digital marketing.
- Basic Knowledge about SEO.
Qualification
- MBA Graduate is preferred but not mandatory.
Age Limit
24-40 Years of Age. Freshers allowed.
Bond & Notice Period
Candidates may need to sign an NDA, Notice Period is 60 Days.
Renumeration
- For Fresher candidates, monthly ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 at hand.
- For Experienced Candidates, monthly ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 at hand based on years of experience and skills .
- Assured Performance bonus for every client brought by him / her minimum ₹1,000 at hand.
- Fresher Candidates will be evaluated every 6 months for appraisal.
- Employee of the Month will get extra cash bonus of ₹1,000 if selected.
Other Benefits
12 Casual Leaves per year with prior approval unless medical reasons, Holidays on every Sunday and Central Govt. mandatory holidays.
