Job Summary:The Assistant Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the implementation and execution of online/traditional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the various verticals & brands of the Multicon Group.
This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, assisting in customer acquisition & retention, campaign development, market research, and performance analysis to optimize marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Digital/Social Media:Managing the digital/social media accounts of all the verticals/brands under the organization. Managing periodic posts, ad campaigns & post boosts across digital/social media channels.
Managing online reputation & coordinating leads generated with various verticalsExperiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve. Creating landing pages on CRM & managing the lead funnel.
Marketing Strategy:Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs, which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and public relations in alignment with organization/brand goals. Create written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues. Content Creation:Collaborate with the design team/vendor to create engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, digital/social media, promotional materials & brand identity materials.
Writing and designing for proposals, advertisements/campaigns, internal/external communication pieces and web pages. Ensure all content is aligned with the brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Campaign Management:Planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital/social media, email, SMS, GMB, WhatsApp, paid advertising, SEO/SEM and traditional media.
Conduct A/B testing to understand how creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, engagement). Monitoring and optimization of campaign performance and overseeing marketing budgets. Collaborating promptly with the sales team for lead transfer & monitoring CRM.Event Coordination:Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Manage logistics and ensure effective execution of marketing events. Market Research, Analysis & Reporting:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Analyse data to determine consumer profile & create target segments.
Track and analyse marketing metrics to evaluate campaign success and ROI.Prepare regular reports for management summarizing marketing performance and provide actionable insights. Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service/operations to ensure integrated marketing efforts. Support the marketing manager in team projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Preferred Skills:Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
