Qualifications

• Junior Deck Officers with moderate sailing experience, preferably to the rank of 2nd Officer.
• Experienced 3rd Officers will also be considered.

Specific Job Requirements

• You will be allocated jobs, as guided by us, primarily related to digital platforms and computer work.
• We need professionals who are smart and creative in solving problems, energetic and eager to learn. Your experience and attitude matter most.
• We work in a healthy team-based work environment.
• We have target-based goals (not time-based). You may have to put in extra hours.
• You need to have your own laptop/desktop with a camera and a good internet connection.
• You need a good knowledge of the English language.
• This job is from home. Your physical location does not matter. Alternatively, you can also work from our office in Kolkata.
• There will be a three-month probation period.

Salary and Remunerations

Please do not expect sailing wages.

Fixed salary will start appx. from Rs 25K and grow as the company grows.
