Nestasia is hiring for Admin Executive
Duties and responsibilities
Assist in HR related activities like, employee engagement and vendor Management.
Process internal arrangements such as travel, inhouse requirements, training sessions, and team-building events.
Coordinate with internal office helper to understand requirements and costing.
Make travel arrangements, hotel bookings and prepare documents.
Order, store and distribute office supplies
Maintain office equipment
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Book meeting rooms as required
Schedule in-house and external events
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication (English,Bengali & Hindi) and negotiation skills
Good in Excel
Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
Good knowledge of office and general administration (Pantry, stationary, housekeeping, transportation, welfare activities and office maintenance)
