Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Lead Generation/ Business Development/ International Sales/ Tech Sales in the US / UK with an IT based company.
  • Must have working experience in IT Sales and handling the communication with the client and in-house development team.
  • Strategies for Online Market presence, make suitable profiles and implement the go-to-market approach.
  • Experience in outbound communication to C-level executives.
  • Should be able to complete the sales cycle in the online market place right from bidding to client communication, coordination with team, delivery and closure with payment and feedback.
  • The candidate should be an expert in lead generation through Email Marketing & Social networking for Web, Software Outsourcing Services.
  • Should have good spoken and written English communication. Strategic for Online Market presence, make suitable profiles and implement the go-to-market approach.
  • Must be Internet savvy and possess basic computer skills like Microsoft office, excel etc.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development for global corporate sales in Website, Web App, Mobile App & CRM Development and Design, and other Digital Marketing Services.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
  • Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls with his enthusiastic approach, logical and techno-functional skills to understand prospective business’ needs and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into qualified prospects.
  • Daily reporting to the manager for work done and defining strategies.
  • Write custom Proposals/ Costing/ prepare project schedules.
  • Work on effort estimation, client follow up, regular Reporting to management, costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering and link between the development team and client.
  • Maintaining database of prospect’s information.
  • Closing sales and working with prospects through the closing process.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers worldwide.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end sales process.
  • Experience in Bidding Portals like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Guru etc is preferable.
  • 2+ years experience in IT services sales and Digital marketing Services
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Qualification: Graduate degree or equivalent
