Here you will be working as an US Candidate counsellor in the field of the U.S Staffing Industry. As an US Candidate Counsellor your Roles and Responsibilities will be:

· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, interview, candidate counselling and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.

· Sourcing applicants from Job Portals.

· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.

· Responsible for Strategic Development Process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

· Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

· Providing candidates with required training and related services by obtaining a minimum fee and Hit Targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Freshers can apply

JOB BRIEF:

1. Job Types: Full-time.

2. Salary: Up to 30,000/- (Negotiable)

3. Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off).

4. Time: 8:30PM to 5:30AM .

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
