Job position -Business Development Manager Agency Partner Channel Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:Exceed targets for onboarding new agency leaders and agent enrollments.Quality Development:Improve both the quantity and quality of recruitment by cultivating successful leaders.Focus on quality recruitment through personalized one-on-one sessions with Agency Leaders and Associates.Support Platform:Develop a collaborative support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to streamline the recruitment process.Performance Enhancement:Drive an increase in Annualized First Year Premium (AFYP) and the volume of cases generated by the unit.Leadership Focus:Identify and nurture potential EC, MDRT, and CEO Council agents within the unit.Recognition:Strive for an increased number of Rewards and Recognition (R&R) winners.Team Enablement:Enable and develop the team to ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines for agents and agency associates.Contract Management:Ensure timely contracting of agents and agency associates in line with regulatory requirements.Competition Analysis:Regularly monitor regional competition for new strategies and compensation models, particularly related to Financial Executives/AAP models.Growth Execution:Identify, interview, and recruit new leaders through market research and networking.Standards Adherence:Ensure compliance with established sales and service standards for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agent Advisors.Performance Reviews:Conduct weekly performance reviews and planning sessions for the team.Team Retention:Develop plans for team member growth, address training needs, and maintain consistent communication.Supervision:Guide and mentor Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to achieve growth and leadership objectives.Measures of SuccessBuild a network of successful Financial Executives.Meet recruitment targets for contracted agents.Increase AFYP and the number of cases within the team.Expand the number of new agency associates.Improve Case Rate and Case Size.Enhance agent satisfaction levels through surveys.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.Other ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Head Office (HO).Implement sales promotion activities.Assist in the overall operation of the office.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong selling skills.Excellent relationship-building capabilities.Proficient in coaching and team development.Results-oriented with a focus on outcomes.Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.High level of discipline and commitment.Minimum EducationGraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.Experience4-8 years of overall experience, with a preference for candidates with management experience.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
