We are looking for someone to fill the role of Personal Assistant who can assist and report to CEO/ founder and help improve productivity. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain company data files (contract, studies, report)

Collaborate with Executive team, clients and vendors

General administration and management of highly confidential information and files

Typing – correspondence, reports, minutes

Extensive telephonic duties and interaction with clients and vendors, screening of calls and requests for

meeting

Timely administration

Arranging offices, access to building and team events if required

To professionally assist the company at sector networking events

Managing CEO’s personal as well as professional timetable.

Assist CEO at events and meetings

Maintain employees leave records

Lastly, being the first point of contact and key liaison for the office

Requirements

Job Requirements:
Graduate degree

Prior experience in secretarial work preferably in the financial sphere

Excellent communication skills at a professional level

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Professional discretion

Well-developed organisational skills

Critical Skills and Attributes:
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise even when multi-tasking

Excellent communication and listening skills (both verbal and written)

Strong sense of decision making (driven by wisdom and rationale and not by emotions and feelings)

Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

Time management skills

Profound honesty and integrity

Resonation with the larger vision and mission of the company
