Production Manager – Apparel Manufacturing

NUD is an ethnic wear brand, known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative designs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team and lead the production process from production to dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Oversee the entire production process, from sourcing materials to finished goods, ensuring products meet quality and budget standards.

– Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products in line with seasonal collection timelines.

– Collaborate closely with designers, suppliers, and artisans to maintain the high-quality standards expected by our brand.

– Monitor and manage production costs, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and cost-saving opportunities are identified.

– Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and environmental regulations in production units.

– Manage and lead production teams, providing direction, performance management, and training to ensure optimal efficiency.

– Coordinate with the sourcing and procurement teams to secure materials and components at competitive prices.

– Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage of raw materials.

– Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth product distribution and inventory management.

**Qualifications:**

– Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with expertise in handling large-scale production.

– Strong understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and quality control measures.

– Experience working with artisans and managing custom-made/handcrafted products is a plus.

– Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
