About the company: ONganic Foods is a leading organic foods company based in West Bengal, India. We work across the value chain – farming, processing, R&D, domestic sales in B2B and B2C categories. Our vision is better livelihoods for farmers, health & wellness for consumers and a sustainable planet. We aim to impact 10,000 farmers by 2025. About the internship/job: ONganic Foods works across East & North East India – West Bengal, Assam, Sikkim, Chattisgarh, and would like to hire an agriculture field officer for its field operation. Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Visiting organic farmer groups in West Bengal and outside 2. Organizing relevant organic training sessions 3. Planning and managing production & procurement in various groups 4. Working on farmer survey and capacity building Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• have relevant skills and interests
• can start the internship between 20th Aug’21 and 24th Sep’21
• are available for duration of 6 months
• have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
• are from Kolkata and neighboring cities
• Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply
