Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Optiewear in Puruliya. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store operations, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
