OptimHire is looking for a Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products/Tech Sales

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible to deliver top-line & bottom-line quotas month on month
  • Drive client engagement through regular meetings and calls/demos
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each and every account including Decision makers in different departments, business verticals, locations
  • Grow business in each and every account by increasing the share of requirements in the services offered currently and adding new business lines/ locations to increase business multifold
  • Work with cross-functional teams in the organization to achieve the above
  • Identify cross/up-sell opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the client business and engagement with Xoxoday
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

What you need to succeed in this role

  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in Business Development Executive Role (B2B Accounts)
  • Prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products/Tech solutions and similar enterprise solutions
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to do demo via hangouts / Zoom, and follow up with decision maker till the contract is signed.
  • Ability to manage clients independently with minimum supervision

Salary: 350,000.00 – 420,000.00 per year
