Roles and Responsibilities
Should have experience in complete recruitment cycle.
Should have 1-5 Years of experience in sales hiring/ Bulk Hiring in BFSI Industry.
Should have experience in sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social Media, Portals, Reference)
Screening the Resume as per Client Requirement
Arranging the Interview on daily basic Coordination and follow up on Regular Basic
Experience in Bulk Hiring for Sales Profile
Understand of Insurance and Banking Industry
Confident and Good Communication skill
Strong expertise in various Job portals
Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operation.
Ability to meet daily target
(SALARY : 10K TO 20 K as per experience plus Mobile Reimbursement and Quarterly Incentives ( Permanent work from home)
