- Talent has to be flexible -to work in 2PM to 11PM shift (Work from home as off now)
- Talent should be working directly with client point of contacts
- Communication should be excellent
- Client interview is a must -Talent must clear the client interview as well

Interview Mode: Telephonic / Web-Ex/ Team
