• Must have good knowledge in various sourcing channels including.

• Good communication skills: verbal & written.

• Handling end to end recruitment process starting from receiving requirement from client till joining of candidates

• Screening and Short-listing profiles as per requirements at the initial level.

• Identifying the potential candidates matching the client’s requirement. Sourcing profiles from job portals.

• Salary negotiation and coordination with selected candidates

• Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates with clients.

• Maintaining details of candidates for our record purpose

• . Recruiter need to ready to work on Perm and contract position

• Good understanding of technical skills.

• Check out whether the candidate is comfortable in the new organisation.

• Must be able to successfully manage, priorities and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks.

• Notice period: Immediate to 15 day
