Job Responsibilities:

Constantly recruiting excellent employees.

Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

Conducting the induction process.

Training the new employees and make them ready for the operations to take over.

Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

Maintain a strict retention policy for the employees.

Developing clear policies and ensuring the awareness throughout the employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / BBA / MBA.

Enthusiastic and positive frame of mind.

Candidates with prior experience will be preferred.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Fresher’s are also welcomed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
