Experience : 5-7 year of Channel sales

Location : Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai

Requisition :

• Sales planning for the region / customer accounts
• Driving the back-end team for order execution and goods delivery
• Leading a cross-functional team of Sales Executives, Sourcing, logistics
• Technology to drive daily sales and meeting targets
• Managing key accounts and maintaining, developing customer relations to maintain and grow sales
• Identifying new lead opportunities and pursuing them to develop them into large accounts
• Daily review, monitor, track team performance and mentor, groom the team members
• Managing P & L of the area / accounts
• Reporting to and directly working with the top management team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Preferred Industry : Fin tech, Telecom FMCG.

Required skills :

• Having Fair Knowledge of ISP Business and preferably from Local Markets
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Must possess good communication skill and result-oriented
• Team Management and Good leadership Skill.
