Team Size: 310 approx. Division Size – 360 cr/annum
Job Purpose
Responsible for developing sales strategies and managing the sales team to achieve set sales goals, targets, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with ly personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Distribution, Marketing, SFE, SCM, Training, HR and Sales Admin departments to ensure brand consistency
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Educational Qualifications And ExperienceMandatory (if any): Graduate
Desirable (if any): Excellence in academics is a must (consistent 60% plus in 10th, 12th, graduation, and PG)
Preferred Experience (Industry/therapy/function No. Of Years)
Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Pharma sales out of which at least two years experience as a National Sales Head /Zonal Sales for Acute Therapy
