We have immediate opening for ETL SSIS Developer Exp : 4 + YearsJob Location : Mumbai / KolkataRequirements:Experience in ETL – 4 yrsExperience in SSIS (Min 2 Yrs)Experience in DWH.(Min 1 Yrs)Primary responsibility is the development of ETL processes:- Technologies required: SSIS, MS SQL Server 2008 – SSIS Advanced component experience is required (transformation objects in data flow).Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, develop and support ETL processes including architecting table structure, building ETL process, documentation, and long-term preparedness. – Develop cross validation rules to ensure mapping accuracy. – Meet all defined requirements of the project. – Provide production support of existing ETL processes. – Document steps needed to migrate database objects between various environments including Development, UAT, Staging, and Production. – Provide regular project updates to Information Analysts and management as needed. – Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management. – Document ETL process thoroughly to allow peers to assist with support as needed. – Self-sufficient and strong communication skills (must be able to work with external groups/departments). – Data Warehousing experience is preferred.Exposure to various BI tools(ETL,Reporting,Analytics)
• Create and maintain SQL scripts and packages using SSIS
• experienceof advanced knowledge of T-SQL and/or ANSI SQL, ETL and Data Warehousing
• Ability to create complex scripts to identify and address data quality issues correct the mismatched data
• Experience building appropriate data models and designing tables to effectively support large data volumes
• Demonstrate ability to pull together a well-designed, end-to-end process with knowledge of the MS-SQL product-stack
• Ability to troubleshoot and tune database configurations, ETL processes and SQL code for optimal performance
• Experience with warehousing best practices and methodologies
• Build database/ETL developer responsible for building relational and data warehousing applications , unit test, document the ETL process
• Proficiency in the development of complex technical solutions and scripts using SSIS SQL Server
• Developing data links and data loading scripts, including data transformations, reconciliations and accuracies
• Have a participated in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Support ETL processing in support of transforming and loading data into the data warehouse
• Support analysis of Database schema, Tables and Views
