Job description

Responsibilities:-

• overall development & enhance usage of PIL Products in Mechanized Furniture Units to gain overall Market share in Furniture units – OEMS ( Modular Furniture / Modular Kitchens / Doors / Chairs & Sofas / Other) located in Furniture Hubs through Trials / Demonstrations
• and introduce of New Products and to ensure establishment by repeat purchase orders of new products in Joinery Units
• value and product wise targets for the Region
• the potential markets, making a plan to cover the gap areas to increase the penetration and width of distribution
• secondary sales of Supply channel
• Sales through conversion from Competition, Premiumization and range selling
• monitor, review the impact and success of all demand generation activities
• for product placement, repeat orders for specific products – D3, Hotmelts, D2 PWG & FWG ,Membrane Glue , Veneer Glue, Rubber based and any other product informed Time to Time
• be responsible for conversion of Joinery Units ( OEMS ) using D3 / Hotmelts / D2 PWG & FWG
