HR executive is a key member of the HR department, often playing an instrumental role in many HR functions, or leading a team of HR staff for various projects.
Eligibility: Graduation with MBA (HR) with good Communication skill is mandatory. Should have minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in HR operations & recruitment.
Skills:
1) knowledgeable in HR process and HRIS computer programs.
2) Understanding, empathetic and personable Exhibits professionalism at all times.
3) Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
4) Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) & various HR software programs HRIS.
Job Responsibilities:
i) Reviewing resumes and applications
ii) Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the
necessary inputs during the hiring process
iii) Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates
for specific job positions
iv) Maintaining HR records, such as those related to
compensation, health and medical insurance.
v) Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR
policies to the employees.
vi) Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations – PF,
ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc.
vii) Preparation of salary statement.
Age Limit: maximum 30 years (As per 10th Std. Cert.)
