Roles and Responsibilities

BPO POSITION
To handle both inbound & outbound calls
To educate the people calling about Multi-Specialty medical practice
. Proper diversion or handling of calls
. C
Daily update
Responsible for calls on IVR
Coordination of patient requirement
Responsible for Daily census
Responsible for her call conversion
Responsible for Web query
Responsible for daily handover report to HOD
Responsible for field Report

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation Experience
0-1 year work experience in healthcareservice industryBPO Technical Skills
Telephone Etiquette

Ability to modulate the voice pattern
Good communication skills
Behavioral Skills
Effective listening skills
Patience
High energy levels

Language Skills
EXCELLENT UNACCENTED SPOKE ENGLISH IS A REQUIREMENT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata – 700016, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
